Scrapping of radio, TV licence fees will not affect funding for PSB programmes

TELEVISION viewers need not worry that local content will decline with the abolition of radio and TV licence fees.
[That's because over the years Mediacorp has steadily lowered the quality of local content until it has hit rock bottom and can only go further down if there's a dedicated 24 hr All Muammar Gaddafi, all-the-time channel.]
